NCS Picks Five Cartoonists as Reuben Award Finalists

NEW YORK Five creators have been nominated for the National Cartoonists Society's Reuben Award as cartoonist of the year.

They include editorial cartoonist Mike Luckovich of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Creators Syndicate as well as four comic cartoonists: Bill Amend ("FoxTrot"/Universal Press Syndicate), Dave Coverly ("Speed Bump"/Creators), Brian Crane ("Pickles"/Washington Post Writers Group), and Dan Piraro ("Bizarro"/King Features Syndicate)...
