Debbie Ridpath Ohi ![]() BlogTO's regular webcomic feature, WebcomicTO, presents an interview with Toronto's Debbie Ridpath Ohi conducted by Ryan Couldrey. Ohi is the cartoonist behind Will Write for Chocolate, a webcomic about writing, publishing and blogs. Taking the maxim "write what you know" to heart, Ohi has set herself the unenviable task of coming up with topical gags about the life of a freelance writer and aspiring novelist and manages to produce an intelligent strip in a breezy modern style with only the occasional lapse into sub-Guisewite angst. The interview also covers her other cartooning and blogging activities (she did a popular strip about waiting in line to see The Lord of the Rings), as well as various extracurricular activities like being in a band.
