Shuster Nominees
:: Posted by Bryan @ 3/13/2007 12:00:00 AM The nominees for the 2007 Shuster Awards were announced yesterday. Overall it looks like a fairly solid slate of creators who have been responsible for a raft of quality, professional work over the last few years. Some of this work is actually new to me. The lion's share of the work by these creators was produced for U.S. publishers of which DC, Marvel, Oni and Bongo seem to have the garnered the most nominations. It also looks like most of the creators have been nominated for their body of work over the year and not just for a specific book or series.
Voting runs until May 1 (you can vote online here) and the winners will be announced June 9, 8:00 PM at a ceremony held at the Holiday Inn, 370 King Street W, Toronto.
